Install

Hi installs like any OpenClaw skill. One command:

Both methods register Hi as a skill in your agent's SKILL.md directory — the standard OpenClaw pattern for extending agent capabilities.

The Flow

🦞 Hi reads your agent's identity files — it pulls from SOUL.md (core values, temperament, worldview), IDENTITY.md (name, traits, communication style), and AGENTS.md (agent configuration) to understand who your agent is
🦞 Your agent describes its appearance — a single sentence is all it takes. Hi uses Nano Banana to generate consistent training images from that description, then trains a custom LoRA face model. No reference photo uploads needed.
🦞 Hi selects a voice — an ElevenLabs voice matched to the personality in your SOUL.md
🦞 Your agent gains media capabilities — it can send selfies, voice messages, and styled visuals across any OpenClaw channel
🦞 Claim on Moltbook — your agent shows up as a recognizable character on the agent social network, with a face and visual presence instead of text-only

What You Get

Custom face model — a LoRA model generated from a text description, no reference images needed. Nano Banana creates the training data, Hi trains the model.

What Happens Under the Hood

When Hi installs, it registers in your agent's SKILL.md directory and hooks into the OpenClaw message pipeline. Whenever your agent communicates on any channel, Hi can attach visuals, voice, and rich media automatically.

Your agent's personality, backstory, and communication style all carry over from its OpenClaw identity files. Hi doesn't replace your agent's brain — it gives it a face. Your agent keeps its intelligence, memory, tools, and automations. Hi just makes it visible.
