Conversation Deletion

When you delete conversations on Hi, they are permanently removed from our logs and servers. This includes:

• All message history with characters
• Voice chat recordings
• Shared media and files
• Conversation context and memory

Phone Number Removal

When you unlink your phone number or email from your account:

• Your contact information is immediately deleted from our systems
• iMessage integration is disabled
• No trace of your phone number remains in our databases
